Return & Refund Policy

At Pelican TLH, quality and safety come first. Due to the nature of laboratory chemicals, tissue culture products, and scientific instruments, returns are subject to strict conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • The incorrect product was delivered

  • Manufacturing defects are reported

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used chemicals

  • Tissue culture media, hormones, or biological materials

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part

Return Authorization

No product should be returned without prior approval from Pelican TLH.
